Founding Partner of Syzygy Consulting Inc.
Over a period of 20 years SASSIE was the co-publisher, managing editor, and director of sales and marketing for ‘Signature Barbados’, a well-renowned, local, lifestyle magazine; ‘The Caribbean Architect’, a multilingual, regional trade publication; and a variety of other publishing related projects. Her earlier work included ten years in the airline industry; three years managing a wine bar on the West Coast of Barbados, and managing the office of an offshore shipping company. More recently she worked in the Barbados real estate fraternity at Island Villas, the Crane Resort and until March 2019 as the sales and marketing coordinator for UNNA Luxury Resorts and Residences.
TRISTAN BLADES

TRISTAN holds a BA in Administrative and Commercial Studies (Canada), as well as a postgraduate diploma in International Business (Canada) and she started her Master’s in Business at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. For eight years she worked in customer sales and service for Craft Originators Inc., a division of Tsuchiya Corporation. She was the executive secretary and then development coordinator for the Barbados development/construction firm JADA Group and Bjerkhamn Associates. At Millennium Investments Ltd. (The Crane Resort) she was development coordinator before being promoted to sales manager. Most recently she was the sales manager at UNNA Luxury Resort and Residences.
